Memory Foam Warranty
The warranty on the mattress includes changes or defects that cause visible indentation of more than 2cm in the memory foam material. This warranty does not cover normal changes in the hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure relieving principles. The warranty is only valid if the product is used and handled as described. The warranty will not be valid if: 1. The product has been incorrectly stored. 2. Repairs or alterations have been carried out without our approval. 3. The product has suffered malicious damage. 4. The notice of defects has not been given within the specified period. To claim you must present proof of payment. The warranty period starts from date of delivery. The warranty pro-rata rate is: 1 year full warranty. 2nd- 5th year – 50% of value in form of credit. 6th – 15th year – 5% reduction p.a. on remainder in form of credit.
The warranty on the mattress cover is valid for 1 year. The warranty is valid against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or assembly of the mattress.
4 Year Topper and Pillow Warranty
The warranty is valid against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or assembly of the product. The warranty covers changes or defects that cause visible indentation of more than 2cm in the memory foam material. This warranty does not cover normal changes in the hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure relieving principles. The warranty is only valid if the product is used and handled as described. The warranty will not be valid if:

2. Repairs or alterations have been carried out without our approval.
3. The product has suffered malicious damage.
4. The notice of defects has not been given within the specified period.
