The CoolMax® memory foam mattress cover is used by Intellifoam. It features a soft knitted fabric cover, with a unique, fast-drying fibre that gives you a cool, comfortable sleep. Moisture evaporates rapidly rather than being absorbed, reducing perspiration so your body remains cool. This is the same CoolMax® that is found in professional sportswear.

Intellifoam offer a made to measure service enabling us to produce mattresses, topper and pillows to your requirements.
Our prices are very competitive and are based on a like for like basis. For example, if you require a mattress measuring a similar size to a double, you would be charged for a double.
All made to measure mattresses are made with Intellifoam memory foam and come with the Coolmax Aloe Vera covers.

Here are a few tips to help when you buy a memory foam mattress:
- Warranty - Some manufacturers (including Tempur) attach lots of clauses into their warranty - Our first 10 yrs is unconditional replacement - 5 yr after that is on inspection.
- Density - Density is very important when buying memory foam - This basically reflects the moulding effect and return to original state of the foam. Lower densities are cheaper and less effective.
- Thickness - Some sellers cut costs using 1-2 inches of memory foam on top of normal foam. 3 inches is the minimum requirement and if you can afford it, 4 inches is better.
- Fire Standard - Again this is very very important. If an advert does not mention fire standards then alarm bells must start ringing. Unscrupulous sellers will cut costs at every opportunity.
- "Feel" of a mattress - By the very nature of the product, memory foam must mould to your body. A firm product cannot be effective and therefore must be inferior.
- Above all - You spend one third of your life sleeping. Why compromise on your mattress?
